FOBS is fundraising for the Buckingham School’s Big Theatre Project 2024.

We are raising funds to update the Main Hall into a multifunctional studio space to host drama productions, lectures, student events and an area for students to relax in.

The Drama department would like to install new tiered seating, audio facilities, studio lighting, acoustic control, IT equipment for mixing visual and audio effects, immersive facilities, stage accessories such as lecterns, stage flaps and microphones. We aim to complete the work in the 2024 summer holidays, ready for the Autumn term winter production.

Here’s how it works…

Complete and sign the Membership Form to commit to an annual payment of £24. This buys you one membership number for 12 months, which is your ticket into the monthly draw. You can of course buy more than one number! All participants must be over 16 and all rules of membership can be found below.

The draw will take place on the last Thursday of each month. If you win, you will receive your prize as a bank transfer and the name of the winner is published on the FOBS Facebook page: FOBS Facebook group

The prize money will be:

50% of the membership fee taken that month. The remaining 50% goes to the School to help with our fundraising efforts for the Drama department.

200 Club Rules

Purpose: The purpose of the 200 Club is to raise funds. The money for each ticket will be paid into the FOBS bank account and used to meet funding requests from the School, providing equipment, resources and opportunities for students.
